We Are Currently Looking to Hire in the Following Positions -
SOUS CHEF
Start date : As soon as possible
– Full time (40hr)
– £23k per year
– Healthy tips on top of base rate, usually around £425+ a month
– Experience in a similar position within a commercial kitchen required
We’re looking for somebody driven, eager to learn, and, looking to take on responsibility. This position could be someone looking to take the next step in their career, or, someone who has previous sous chef experience. A keen interest in the cuisine we’re serving is of course a bonus!
Daily responsibilities include;
-Menu Development – working along side the head chef and the wider kitchen team
-Running service
-Leading a team in service and in breakdown/cleaning
-Kitchen stock ordering
-Due diligence/EHO record keeping
